When I speak of living as your divine self, I mean bringing your soul’s light into your body, mind, and emotions so that every aspect of your life becomes an expression of this divinity. Health, after all, means wholeness—and this wholeness arises when we integrate all dimensions of ourselves: our physical form, our higher planes, and the wisdom of our heart. This is not about escaping into the higher realms or getting stuck in the physical. It’s about merging both—the Earth Star and the higher planes—into one harmonious state of being.

December’s energies hold the codes to help you come into this sacred union, supporting the embodiment of your divine light here and now. The pure source frequencies of December are incredibly potent. They carry sacred geometries, divine truths, and higher wisdom designed to recalibrate your being. As these energies flow, they naturally support you to make choices that honor the completions and new beginnings that this month invites. I encourage you to listen to your inner truth—the whispers of your soul and the passions of your heart.
