Welcome to this October 2025 Frequency Update

October is a time of integration. It invites you to integrate everything you've experienced throughout 2025. This year has been filled with upgrades, transformation, and both internal and external shifts. It has been, and continues to be, a deeply evolutionary time, much like the coming years in the 2020s.

The frequencies arriving on the planet now are here to help you integrate all that you’ve shifted into. This integration is also about wholeness—bringing together every part of your life that has undergone change into a unified, balanced state.

You may have experienced significant transformation in one area: finances, relationships, self-love, home life, or your hobbies. While some aspects may have shifted more than others, October supports you in unifying all those parts. This integration allows you to recognize the interconnectedness of your internal and external world.

When we speak of oneness, we don’t mean sameness.

Rather, it's the understanding that each area of your life is a reflection of the whole. If you’ve made deep shifts in your finances, those shifts also echo through your relationships, health, creativity, and more. Sometimes, it takes time for the other areas to "catch up." October offers the space and energy to support that harmonization.

This also applies to internal shifts. For instance, a deep transformation in your inner relationship with love will naturally reflect in your outer relationships. Even if it seems that the outer reality hasn’t changed yet, the inner work has already laid the foundation. It’s not a matter of if, it’s simply about aligning your perception with the truth that the outer must reflect the inner. The change is already present, even if unseen.

You may be feeling that you’ve opened your heart to love, yet the divine partner hasn’t arrived. The invitation here is to shift your perception. The love you now hold within already exists in the outer world. That partner, that support, those clients, that abundance—they exist. It’s simply about aligning with the frequency that reveals their presence to you. All is one. Everything in your life, internal and external, is a fractal of your divine essence.

To offer a simple visual: imagine cutting a tomato into equal slices. Each slice contains seeds, juice, and flavor - it is a complete expression of the whole tomato. Each aspect of your life is the same. Though it may appear slightly different, it holds the essence of your wholeness.

October is inviting you to integrate and shift your perception. It's a sacred opportunity to experience balance and wholeness in your life. The energies this month support you in stepping into the next layer of your becoming.
