The guides are very present this month, and the energies they're bringing through for April are powerful ones. This is a month of transformation and expansion, and while that can feel a little tumultuous at times, it is really an invitation to step more fully into the truth of who you are.

Anywhere in your life that feels restrictive or confined right now is simply asking your attention, whether that's an internal belief system that no longer fits, or something in your external world that is ready to shift.

The energies of April are also bringing in tremendous clarity, so allow yourself to sit with whatever is coming up, and trust that the crystal ball is landing for you in exactly the way it needs to.

This is a month of death and rebirth, of completion and new beginnings, and the guides are holding you so beautifully through all of it.

Welcome to the April 2026 Frequency Update, with some energies to support you through the month of April.

So, the guides are transmitting. And they're very present at the moment. They're going to come forward. So what we are seeing for the month of April is we are seeing a month of transformation.

This is a month of expansion. And it is a month where expansion can feel very ... shall we say, kind of, like, multiplied many times, so the expansion can feel very expansive. And in that process of expanding, there is turmoil. That is what we're also seeing, that the energies that are coming onto the planet for the month of April are very challenging energies in many ways.

And they're challenging in the way that they're asking you to really step into the truth of who you are. And to step up. As you, just to step more forward into your fullness, and to expand into the natural spaces and places that are aligned for you to expand into, that feel good for you to expand in, that are very natural for you to expand into. And in a way, almost ... that which you have designed to expand into.

So, the energies that encourage or amplify this expansion for you, create an amplification of that which is already within you that will enable you to expand and set a new benchmark of who it is that you are in your internal world, and in your external world, in your life.

For some of you, or for many of you, this may feel a little bit tumultuous, so it may feel that you are moving through ... there are many layers of internal shifts, many layers of internal belief systems that are not relevant anymore, that you've moved beyond them, or are moving on beyond them, or they simply don't fit with the paradigm of consciousness that you're stepping into. And this can ... this may show a little bit in a chaotic or a tumultuous way in your external world. And that is really because the energies are so strong, they're inviting you so strongly to step into the fullness of who you are, that anywhere in your life where you're not in alignment with that, or that's restricting that in some form or other, including belief systems and emotional overlays, but there also may be external circumstances within your life.

They are going to start to feel very restrictive. They're going to start to feel constrained and confined. And it may be that you yourself feel a little bit like you're going through ... going, you know, going through a narrow tunnel or a pipe. In order to find your way through this, or in order to move out the grit that's there, like the darkness or the shadow. That's holding you in these places, or that the external world is reflecting back to you that you still have within you.

It may also be that it's an invitation to shift something in your external world, to move on from something, to end something. Or, kind of move into the next cycle of whatever that might be. And that can feel a little bit like a death, that can feel a little bit challenging to start to think about it, or start to contemplate it. And really to ... to encourage you to sit with that, to sit in the ... in the mire, or the mud, or the confusion. And allow the clarity to come through, because the energies are also very ... they're supporting clarity as well. And this is partly why this is coming, because you're going to become more able to be clear. And what it is that's working for you, and what it is that's not working for you, and what it is in your internal world that may be also not working for you, that may be restricting.

And so, for some of you, it's going to feel like the crystal ball has landed, and you can see your way forward, and you have the energy to act, and things line up, and you can act with ease and grace and efficiency. For others of you, it may look more like the crystal ball has landed, but it's showing you something that's actually quite challenging to see. And so you may choose to see it, you may choose not to see it, you may go through all sorts of kind of steps in between that, where you see a bit of it, and then you kind of ... shy away from seeing all of it, and that's fine. And then you see a little bit more, and just slowly bringing yourself into the full realization of what it is that is here for you to recognize in this month of April, and knowing that the energies are here to support that, so that you can expand more easily into the fullness of who you are. And really align your life path, your life journey to that.

So we would love ... you know, there's much information out there in terms of when you look at kind of information that's available, easily available around what's happening astrologically with the star signs and, you know, where the moon is situated. And so we'd encourage you, you may want to check some of that out as also a way to navigate this month and to support you.

And we're bringing in more of the globe, the kind of ... the larger ... almost the larger theme of the month within the larger theme of this year, which is to really move into this new paradigm of consciousness. Now, we know that in the Earth's plane, in the wider socio-political, economic kind of sphere, there is a lot going on that can feel quite challenging, frightening. And, we would say that's all part of the bigger picture, but we are focusing very much on the you, the individual, and what it means for you. What the energies that are coming onto the planet mean for you. But we did want to touch a little bit on that. Not to focus too much on that, but to bring this transmission, all this information back more to you individually. Just inviting you to come back more into your own beautiful space.

And then the next piece of this frequency update, this energy update, is we would like to offer you some light language to support you in this month, where you may be gaining clarity over what it is that you're expanding into, and what might need to shift within you. And also light language, if it is that you feel like you're going through a little bit of turmoil, either in your internal world or external world. Like, change that is being asked within, and you're still finding your way through that. To really support you, to really expand in this beautiful month of April.

And we also have the Christian Festival of Easter, and then there are various reflections of that in other ... and more of the Indigenous calendars, what we could call the Celtic calendar. So, whether you celebrate this particular time of year, in whatever way, however you might celebrate it. To know that it is reflected in the energies, because it is reflected in the change of seasons, having just gone through the equinox past. These cycles ... very important cycles within the Earth's natural cyclical patterns, but they are also very important spiritual cycles, because that which ... the cycles that happen on the Earth's domain is a reflection of, and reflected in, all the planes of consciousness, of what you might call the spiritual planes.

So ... it is a time to recognize that during the beginning of this month of April, you are asked in many ways to begin by going inward. To begin by reflecting inwards on what it is that is within you. Simply what it is within you, and then what it is within you that is asking ... to move through a transformation. So, to move through a completion, a death and a rebirth. So that you then move into more of your eternal self, more of your truth of who you are as an eternal love and light being on Earth.

So in many ways, it's a ... it's a rejuvenation. Of your light-being self, of your true self. Through the process of death and rebirth. And that can look like anything.

So really encouraging you in the beginning of April to take some time to really go inwards and contemplate what it is that is within you. And then, how truthful is the reflection in the external world of the truth within? And what it is asking ... to move. To shift. So that you can come into this greater state of fullness of your true self.

And you might like to do this very specifically, like, take an area of your life: a relationship, your career, or your mission, plans for downtime, hobbies, your finances. Just taking one area or one specific thing that you feel really is asking attention, either within or without. You may like to do it with many areas of your life, or you may just choose one that really is calling your attention. And allow yourself to gain greater clarity around that specific axis of your life.

For all is one. When you focus on one, you are focusing on all.

And now we would like to bring in some light language to support you through this month of April. So the light language is really just to support you in a way that is going to make it a little bit easier to receive this energy in April, this energy of the ... the crystalline energies that shine the light on who it is that you truly are, what you're up to, anything that needs to shift, that needs to have a natural death, so you can be born, reborn into a fuller, expansive self.

So what we're bringing through is energies that are crystalline, that are in the vibration, naturally, of love, but they are also in the vibration of what we call crystalline consciousness ... just inviting you to call in your higher self and to receive that which is aligned for you with these energies, inviting you to receive these energies. If you do not want to receive them, simply say no, and they will not come through.

And if you truly wish to receive a deeper transmission from these energies, we invite you to say the number 3333.

Anything that is coming up that is asking to shift out, just inviting that to shift out. Anything that's getting ignited, inviting that to fully ignite. Any inner realizations that are aligned for you to realize, either now or within the next 3 to 4 hours, for those realizations to come to light. Any next steps that are aligned that are needing to come fully forward for you, so you can expand into that which is natural for you, inviting those next steps to ignite now, and for you to gain an awareness of them within this month, at the aligned time and space for you.

So just bringing in some red, which really helps to clear out anything that's not aligned now. And as the red comes in, it's followed by the purple that just does a little bit more of the dusting, a little bit more of the clarification of the energies, allowing an expansion process to take place. You might just like to invite that to go into all the organs of your body….Beautiful.

And then we are just ... kind of like ... April is very present in the energies. And so, just inviting you to sit in that vortex which is April 2026, and know that you're well held, and that all of you are held by your guides, and by many light beings and light.

And as we name this, we're also inviting a little bit of energy to help integrate that which you've received, and what we've downloaded today, and what we've expressed today. To help your body, your mind, your soul, your emotions all kind of catch up together at the same rate, so one's not lagging behind the other. And that's very natural, you know, the body usually takes a little bit longer.

And while that continues, we would love to speak a little bit about what we've got coming up, and what Divine Temple has coming up on the altar.
