The energy of May 2026 is truly something special, and I'm so excited to share this transmission with you.

The guides are bringing forward a beautiful frequency of synchronicity this month, not just in the sense of happy coincidences, but in the deepest sense of divine timing, inspired ideas, and a real sense that the path ahead is lighting up for you.

After the completion energy of April, May invites you to step forward into something more aligned, more heart-centered, and more fully you, at the level of the divine.

Whether this month feels like everything flowing with ease or a little like walking uphill, know that both are part of the journey, and both are opening you into a deeper experience of your own sovereign, individualized, unity consciousness.

This is a frequency download — an energetic transmission for the month of May 2026.

The guides are supporting you this month by bringing in a sacred container around each of you. This sacred container is individualized, co-created with your higher self, your guides, and the guides on the other side — primarily Thoth, along with others who are supporting the co-creation of this sacred form. Its purpose is to help you release and shift out any old energy carried over from April, so that you can fully step into the energies of May.

The energies of May are very different from those of April. April may have been largely about completion — completing tasks, completing internal shifts, completing thought processes, moving things to the side that needed to be moved, and beginning to open to forward movement. May builds on that foundation by bringing forward something new: synchronicity.

Synchronicity, in the broadest sense of the word. This includes synchronicity in the form of opportunity, people you might meet, things that might suddenly occur to you as divine inspiration, and a sense of divine timing — a feeling that it is now time to step forward. It is time to take a step on a path that has been ignited, highlighted, or made much more clear.

These paths are what we might call rarefied. The frequencies being downloaded this month are here to support you on this forward journey, and that journey can look like anything. We really encourage you not to get too caught up in thinking it needs to look a particular way, or that it needs to be huge or dramatic. It could simply look like you are continuing with your life as it is, but operating at a different frequency level. That, in itself, is synchronicity — it is an opening to the divine within that allows forward movement.

How this looks on the outside will be very different for each individual. It may not look like a big external shift at all. It may simply be that you notice an internal shift within yourself. Perhaps you speak to your children a little differently. Perhaps you open your heart to a friend in a slightly different, higher-frequency way. Perhaps there are moments where you think, "That feels a little different — I don't usually feel quite like that." There are shifts happening on the higher planes that are being downloaded into the present moment, and these shifts are here to support your experience on Earth.

There is a broader shift in consciousness that really began a few years back for many of you, and then deepened on the frequency planes around 2024. This shift is supporting what we call new Earth consciousness — a stream of consciousness that is both individual and unified. You are being fully, presently yourself, while simultaneously recognizing that you are in a state of unity, or oneness, with everything.

On the Earth plane, where life is physical, where time is linear, where polarity exists, this can begin to look like a drawing toward community, toward sharing, toward co-creation. It can look like allowing resources to be more multidimensional — feeling drawn to share some of what you have created so that others can also step in and experience it in a way that is useful for them.

We are speaking about many possibilities, and it will not look the same for everyone. But what we would say is this: what the energy of this planet is moving into — what you are stepping up into — is more of what we call divine embodiment, where you are fully yourself at the level of the divine. You will feel very much like a complete individual, and at the same time very connected to Source Consciousness and to the unity state of being. The paradox will not feel so much like a paradox. It will feel more like a universal experience that is deeply understood from within.

This brings forward one of the universal laws — a state of self-sourced, sovereign, unity consciousness, individuality. We find that language useful for transmitting this on the Earth plane.

So as we have been speaking, we have been gently supporting you to step more fully into this month of May, which brings the opportunity to open into your internal divine path — and to allow that to be expressed externally as well. We welcome and encourage you to deepen into this throughout the month. Know that synchronicity is present in the broadest sense: a sense of right timing, a sense of inspiration, a sense of meeting the right people and discovering the right opportunities, and a sense of ease in letting go of that which is no longer aligned.

The sacred form is working its gentle magic, supporting you to allow anything old from April to move out, or to move quietly into the background.

Now, the next piece we want to bring through is this: for some of you, May may feel a little more challenging — a little like walking uphill. This is partly because you are calling in greater opportunities. You are calling in a real deepening of your spiritual evolution and your spiritual journey. When you call that in, the experience can sometimes feel challenging. But you have called it in, essentially, so that your soul can grow.

Using the analogy of walking up a hill — when you reach the top, there is often an extraordinary view. There is a sense of accomplishment, a sense of being able to perceive and see beyond what you could see from the bottom. That is what is actually happening. We are not saying that all of May will be effortless synchronicities flowing in one after another. There may be stretches that feel like an uphill climb. But we want to encourage you to recognize that this is part of the synchronicity of this month. It is opening you up to step onto and remain on your divine path, both internally and externally.

There is also much that can be accomplished this month. The frequency is quite rarefied — highly individualized — meaning you will receive more of what is truly aligned for you. We encourage you to open to what is aligned. Think of it like a smorgasbord: simply choose what is most beneficial, what you genuinely desire, and leave the rest. It will actually be a little easier this month, because that which is meant for you will genuinely light up. Follow your heart with that.

This is another key aspect of May — allow yourself to receive the frequencies that are landing on the planet to open your heart even more. When your heart is open, the divine has a place to reside. It becomes much easier to be clear, to discern, and to move forward with the vibration of love.

We speak about love often, because it is foundational — a cosmic, divine state of being that exists within each of you. Sometimes it may have been a little blocked, or temporarily forgotten. But it is present within you. There is a gentle activation happening now for those who are aligned with it — a switching on of that love vibration, so you can operate more fully in this realm of consciousness we call unity, unique unity, sovereign individuality.
