Welcome to this June update of 2026. We're moving into a month that is a deep internal dive, so it's a month to really move into your inner landscape. Into that which is fundamentally you. And within that, what is fundamentally moving you in the directions that you are finding yourself moving.
Now, sometimes the internal world, the internal landscape, is shall we say scattered? Occupied by those things that move you forward in particular directions. This may not, hopefully, be an expression of who you are.
So this month of June is an invitation to move into your internal world very deeply. So to deepen, to deepen, to deepen, to deepen, to deepen into your internal landscape. To understand with compassion what it is that is arising within your landscape, within you. What is it that occupies your internal landscape? And how is it that that which occupies your internal landscape is moving you in the directions that you are moving?
For some of you, this internal landscape is occupied very much by your divine self, your divine presence. By the natural keys and codes of love and light that are you. For others of you, this is present, but what is also present is things in the landscape, things within your internal world, that cast a shadow upon the natural light and love that you be. And it is coming to understand what these things within you that drive you forward may be casting a shadow upon the true expression of who it is that you be.
We know this is often talked about as things that limit you, behaviors, thought processes, emotional residue that limits you from moving forward. And we are talking about this. But what we're wanting to support you with, and what the energies in June are inviting you to deepen into, is to deepen into what is inherent. What is it that occupies your internal landscape? To go, to move deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper to the very core of your being. To the very root of those things that you call limiting behaviors, or limiting thoughts, or emotional residues.
And as we are transmitting, we are also supporting you to receive these energies that are available in June that truly support you to go deep with that. And it is by going deep within with compassion and understanding that you can truly come into a deeper relationship with the natural divinity, the natural love and light that you be.
So we are not asking you to think about this so much as shadow, or as limiting thoughts and emotional residue. We're using this language because it is known and current. But we would invite you to put the language aside and to simply be with yourself. To allow yourself to move deeply into relationship with who it is that you are. And that which arises, which is not you, to recognize it. To acknowledge it. To love that which is within you that may be shadow. To love it up. To hold it with compassion. To hold it with understanding. For it is these vibrations of love, compassion, understanding, empathy for yourself, that would support you to move even deeper into your internal landscape. To come to know yourself even more. To come to know yourself as love and light. To come to know yourself as living in the Earth Star dimension, which you call human. To come and know yourself as cosmic, the multidimensional being state that is deeply connected to the cosmos. To come to know yourself as divine, as pure light and love, as the god and the goddess that inhabits the earth.
So we would say the central theme of this month of June is an invitation for you to move deep within. And for many of you, or for those of you in the Southern Hemisphere, this is the winter, so it is a natural time to move deep within. For those of you that are in the Northern Hemisphere, there is a lot more light, a lot more bright, and a lot more warmth, so it is more natural to move outwards. And as you move outwards, know that as you do so, you also have this opening to be deeply connected to your internal state of being.
So we'd like at this point to remind you of the frequency of play. For play is one of those paradigms of consciousness that can support you to move more deeply into your internal landscape to understand yourself even better. So it also brings through that the second theme in June is, as you move into this deeper relationship with yourself, to bring in this element of play. And within the element of play is the code of joy, which is natural within you, that divine self. So as you come into a deeper relationship with yourself through the month of June and you ignite the code of joy through play, this ignites the light and love codes naturally residing within you. So the second theme that we would highlight for the month of June is play, the lightness of being, joy.
And then the third theme that we would highlight for the month of June is that relationship with your multidimensional self. And you can break that down into, like, in a simple way, relationship with your physical self, your human self, relationship to the cosmic self, then relationship to the divine self, or the cosmic dimensions in which you exist and the divine dimensions. So this is the third theme, which creates an experience of expansion. So an experience of expansion that comes from a deep relationship with yourself as human, shall we say, as cosmic and as divine. And as you come into this deep relationship with yourself as a multidimensional being, this creates for you a sense of being expanded, or an expansive sense of self. For you reside across many dimensions, and as you come into relationship with these dimensions in which you reside, or which you exist, in which you create and co-create, this supports an experience of being more than simply a physicalized, incarnated being of light on the Earth Star. It enables you to have this expanded sense of yourself, which also enables a greater perspective on what it is that is happening on the Earth Star in your own life and in the worldview. So this is the third theme, that as you go deeper into the relationship with yourself, you are deepening into the multidimensional relationship, into a relationship with your multidimensional self, with all of you.
