Welcome to the September Frequency Update.
September, August has been a month of very strong energy of recalibration energy to really support you to recalibrate more to the truth of who you are, more to your eternal divine self.
And September really carries more of this. There's more of the shifting of the, the, the really deep, unconscious or semi-conscious layers, or energies that really are not supportive of you being fully who you are.
Now, the theme of these energies is freedom. It's to enable you to feel free, to feel free to be yourself, to feel free to express your, the essence of who you are, to express from your authentic self, from your true self.
However, as part of that process of freeing you, there is this energetic invitation to become aware of those aspects of yourself that may be less than conscious, or semi-conscious, that have been playing a role in, shall we say, disabling you from fully expressing or experiencing this internal freedom.
What you'll be noticing is there is this sense of things freeing up. So you're more able to choose, you're more able to act, you're more able to move forward.
But, and in the process of things freeing up, there is also this energy, really strong energy, of freedom coming in, which is going to anchor more of that energy of freedom into you, and possibly, kind of, there'll be, you'll start to be able to see a little bit more clearly and feel a bit more clearly where it is that you are not free, where it is that you're not allowing yourself to express your truth, where it is that you're not allowing yourself to move forward into divine play.
That's the theme of the energies, and this theme of the energies is really going to kind of support you to develop more internal freedom, more internal authenticity, more internal calibration to the truth of who you are through this, through these energies which are freeing you up to perceive that being in a state of freedom is really an internal experience, and it is something that is available on the Earth Star.
And it is something to come to understand within you of what is real freedom. What is it to really be free within? To be free from the shackles of the unconscious processes that hold you back, or to be free from the overburdening beliefs that may keep you in a state of not fullness, or not wholeness, or ill health.
And there is this natural support that comes with that when those energies come in, in this way, that will really support you to move into a greater wholeness, into a greater state of freedom within yourself.
You'd say that's the central theme of September, and then there is, you know, a few side themes. Another side theme is the energy of play. We would invite you to play.
As part of this process, very deeply connected, being free and playing is very connected. When you look at young children, they're much, they tend to be, well, they can, they tend to be free in themselves, and they play, and are kind of unencumbered or unaware of what it is that is, what it is that, you know, that as adults, you develop this, we develop this thinking process that can sometimes curb the free, the freedom to play.
That's the, that's a kind of, that's a side theme of play, of inviting you to play a little bit and to explore some things that maybe you've been interested in for a while, but haven't really allowed yourself to explore and dive into. This is all part of the process of play is curiosity and the invitation to dive a little bit deeper into things that you are curious about and to explore, to have that childhood, or that childlike sense of curiosity and exploration and wonder.
And so that's really the third theme that we would bring through, is that there is this light coming onto the planet that really supports you to see beyond the physical realm.
And we would say, you know, one of the keys to that is that energy of wonder, of kind of just being in wonder at what is around you, and that will really support you to utilize this energy that's coming in to support you to start to see a little bit more clearly, that which is not necessarily so easily seen with the physical eye.
And we would say, please don't put pressure on yourself to do that. There is, it is just that the energies are here that can support that a little bit more. And also, the frequency on the planet is rising, so that means that those unseen realms become more, oh, they become, they can be here, even more, like, they can become more available to you to interact with and perceive.
It may be that you start to see the energy around a plant, or you start to notice that the vibration of light within the air is slightly different, and that you can sort of start to see that vibration.
Again, we invite you simply to employ the energy of wonder in that process, and just know that as the frequency of the planet rises, this does become more available to you.
And, that's really a way to encourage more of that wonder, that curiosity, that really does support this freeing up of your, of yourself, to become more, more in line with who you are, but in a way that's very in the moment, allowing for yourself to be fully present in each and every now moment.
That's very much in tune with the energies of 2026. It's to really support you to be you, fully you, present with yourself, with all that you are.
We're completing this frequency update with a little bit of energy, and the energy we're going to bring in, that we often do bring in in these frequency updates to support you, is the energy of love. For love is the energy that really will support you in all the things that you're up to.
And particularly as the more gritty parts come to the surface, through this energy of freedom coming through, love is really that key to support you to allow those things to pass through, and to move through, and to transmute.
And also, love is the energy that really is an energy, it's a bolstering energy, and it's a nutrient, because you are love, inviting you to receive this energy of love.
