Welcome to this Mid-October 2025 Frequency Update

Just a little update about the frequencies: what they are bringing in for October, and how you can best navigate this month with the incoming energies, how to use them in a way that supports and nourishes you.

Welcome. We invite your higher self, your spiritual self, your multidimensional being to this transmission. We invite all those aspects of yourself to receive and listen. We offer this transmission to support your system in becoming more subtle, more adept at receiving the frequencies coming to the planet now—frequencies that support your spiritual evolution, the development of your spiritual self, your light bodies, and your alignment with oneness.

October is a month of transition. You have already done so much in 2025. During the first half of October, much of the energy was about settling, allowing yourself to catch up with all that you've been experiencing. The rest of October continues this vibration: solidifying and integrating the foundation you have built in 2025, and beginning to see some of the fruits of your efforts, the manifestations, creations, beauty arising from your journey.

As a foundation and integration process continues, there is still energy available to support micro‑adjustments or to help let go of what no longer aligns with your emerging self. If something feels niggling or discordant, it may seem more intense now, not because it’s necessarily deeply problematic, but because the incoming frequencies make such things more noticeable. These frequencies are designed to highlight areas needing attention, places still out of alignment with your true self, which might interfere with a smooth and faithful sense of self.

Allow yourself to notice these spaces while also acknowledging how much you have already accomplished. Celebrate, appreciate, take pleasure in the fruits of your inner work this year. This transmission is here to support both integration and the highlighting of what still wants to shift.

We invite the energies of October to continue supporting your evolution and the life you are desiring and creating for yourself. Some of you are moving into autumn, where days grow shorter and cooler. Others are moving toward spring, where new life shows itself and days grow longer. Each season invites a different dance: inward work in darker months, outward expression in lighter ones. In these times, you may start to receive inklings of what 2026 holds for you—insights, visions, questions about what you're heading toward, what you might create or cultivate next.

Know that these stirrings are early signals of your path ahead. You still have several months remaining in 2025, so don’t rush ahead, stay with the present moment even as you sense what is emerging. Bring in what you need to support those next steps, whether internal foundations or external resources.
