Welcome to this November 2025 Frequency Update

We’re bringing in a little bit of the vibration of love as the signature energy for this transmission on the frequency of November. I invite you to call in your higher self, your I Am Presence, that which resonates with you in terms of your most authentic version that is accessible to you in this moment. And it might be: “I call in all of myself in this now moment.”

So that you can receive that which is aligned for you to receive through this transmission.

Knowing that you can always come back and listen again and glean more from it, or something new.

So the first thing we’d like to place on the altar for the frequency of November is the energy of love. The Divine loves you. We love you. You are loved.

There is an opportunity this month to receive the love of the Divine, to receive direct transmission or direct energy from Divine sources. These Divine sources may appear as nature, friends, guides, or those walking the path with you. And it is also available as a direct frequency from the Divine, from Source Consciousness, from the zero-field, from that infinite field where all creation arises.

That brings us to the next download or the next piece that we’d like to speak about in the frequency available in the month of November. That is a very creative energy. We will speak a little bit more about this. The energy is like the beginning of creation: you’re tending the ground, the soil is fertile, and within that fertile soil, the seed has been planted and is taking root. It’s starting to find its way; the first early shoots are finding their way to the surface.

In the month of November, what we’re noticing is that the frequencies are very aligned to support this process, to support those new shoots sprouting and coming into the light. What this may feel like to you is the stirring of your creative impulse. It may feel like you’re having the early sense of a new idea or new things you feel aligned to create.

We speak a lot about creation as life on the planet and life in the multiverse, and Source Consciousness is essentially the action of love coming into form through the actions that bubble up or arise from that creative field and from the internal sense of that field within you, which you often speak about as being your creative self. So bring in a little bit of light-language to attune you more strongly to your own inner creativity. That really is a reflection, or a fractal, of the infinite field of creation that place in space from which all creation arises, which some call the zero-point, or Source Consciousness.

Whatever terminology or way it works for you to tune into it, that’s perfect. We can get a bit caught up in the specifics of how something is, how something looks, how it operates — whereas really it’s about you tuning into it and your experience of it, and then how it supports you in your life. To access that within you, so that you can generate what you are here to generate and create what you are here to create.

So this month of November is really supporting you to tune into that creative self, and to allow the first bubbles of awareness..the first bubbles of that creative energy to carry you through the following year of 2026.

You’ve laid the soil; the soil is fertile, the soil has a sense of possibility within it.

It is abundant with all the nutrients that it requires; and if it’s not, there will be a little bit of nudging through the month about how to create a more nutrient-filled bed for you for the next stage in your evolution and consciousness into the year of 2026.

So this is both a very inward month you’ll be tuning into those creative impulses, tuning into those ideas, and tuning into where things are still out of alignment, where there still needs to be a little tending. Perhaps the weeds need to be picked, and the soil needs compost or fertilizer in some form or other. And that will come to you, you will know.

The energies of November are really designed to support you in moving into 2026 with a really solid foundation. Part of that foundation is completing any outdated energies, any cycles, and part is allowing those inspirations to bubble up, to be present, to be aware of them, and to allow them into your awareness and any initial processes or actions you need to take, you take those.

As you move into the following month, you’ll be entering more energies. Some of the energies will be about wrapping up the year, completing the year. So it’s really beautiful that November brings in these frequencies to support you to move in an easy transition as you complete the year and move into the next year with a foundation, with inspiration, with vision.

Now, you may already have been doing this a few months back. So this is like the next level. So it’s a real freshness about November.

So it’s a real freshness about November as an energy of acknowledging what you have done. In that acknowledgement and that appreciation for yourself of what you have created in 2025, the energy of November will support you to do that.

Also drink in all that you have created as this new inspiration comes forward. Yes, there will be some “completion” energies...little niggles of anything outdated that still needs to be resolved. The energies in November will support that as well. So we are going to bring a little bit of energy to support you through the process.

And the energy we began with was love. All of this comes from, or is already supported by, your connection to the Divine, to Source energy, whether that’s through friends, through your relationship with yourself, through nature, through guides, and the many other ways in which the Divine manifests and shows itself. Your relationship to the Divine. Your relationship to the Divine. Your relationship to the Divine is key to this. And your relationship to the Divine is always loving. The Divine loves you. So we invite you to really receive the love of the Divine.

The love of Source Consciousness.

The love of Christ Consciousness, the love of the crystalline consciousness, the love of the Divine Feminine, the God energy, the creative energy, just inviting you to really connect to that and receive it, to buoy you, to support you in this month.

The essential element of the energy in November is divine support: receiving the love of the Divine to fuel you, to support you to move into this next level of evolution, this next inspiration, this next unfolding of what will be occurring in 2026 as you move closer to the completion of 2025.

And we don’t want to, again, we don’t want to pull you out of 2025, because you’re in 2025; we want you to stay present with it, but also recognize what the energies are supporting you with.

So if there’s one thing to take away from this, it’s: receive the love of the Divine that is abundant everywhere, that is there for you everywhere. To receive love. And as you receive love, you will naturally have that love flow through you to nurture you, and it will naturally continue to flow through you and flow onward. But the key here is to receive enough, to receive for yourself first, to fill yourself up, and then allow it to flow.

I’m just allowing that energy to settle, really inviting you through this month to receive the energy of the Divine, so that you can be yourself, create from your most sovereign, authentic self, and allow the inspiration that arises within you, from the Divine within you, to guide you, to lead you.

So just allowing that to really settle, to receive any codes that are coming in for you.
