Welcome to this mid-month frequency update.

November is a very potent month. It’s a month where the frequency coming onto the planet is very strong. There is a lot of energy coming in for each of you. There are many keys and codes coming in, and there are many upgrades or frequency updates here to support you and support the heart opening into this new paradigm of unity consciousness.

This can show up in many ways in your life. You may find that things are forcing you to slow down, and there is purpose in that. When you experience something that forces you to slow down, it’s because you genuinely need to slow down. That slowing down will actually speed things up for you. It allows the frequencies coming onto the planet to integrate more easily.

If things have felt challenging and are asking you to slow down, we encourage you to go with it. It’s perfect. Slow down. Look after yourself, nourish yourself, and restore.

If your life currently feels less challenging, or if there are fewer things asking you to realign to who you truly are, we would still offer a similar invitation. New energies are coming into the planet for you to receive. These ignite new templates within you, new divine ways of being on the Earth Star. They bring new information, new codes, new ideas, new thought processes, and new structures.

When the new arrives, one of the best ways to receive and integrate it is to slow down. Slow down to receive. This might look like creating more space for yourself, doing things you enjoy, entering dream time, spending more time in contemplation, walking, drawing, dancing, or being with soul friends. It’s a time for finding spaciousness in your life where you can absorb these energies and frequencies.

If you’ve been feeling a little knocked out or tired from the incoming energy, that’s natural. Rest well. Do activities that restore you. Give yourself the time and space to receive and integrate.

These energies will continue through December in a slightly different way, and you’ll continue receiving new templates through 2026. This is the beginning of a new surge of energy, new downloads of information that may come as ideas, technologies, new ways of being, and a sense of more glow and joy coming into your life.

As energy masters or those attuned to energetics, you may feel these shifts in your physical form. You may notice messages, synchronicities, numbers, or other signs. There are many ways you’ll recognize these consciousness shifts.

We encourage you to continue receiving and to know that these energies are bringing in new vibrations and new templates. Create space for yourself to integrate and receive them. You don’t need to turn this into a demand on yourself. You’re going to receive them regardless. The invitation is simply to give yourself enough space so the upgrades aren’t overwhelming. Receiving upgrades can be tiring...honor that. Nurture yourself. Let yourself rest and integrate.

Don’t turn this guidance into a command or a pressure point. Step into the new paradigm of consciousness where this is an invitation that supports your spiritual growth, not something to criticize yourself with.

Play. Play has been part of the energy of this month. The more you play, the more space you create. Do what you enjoy. This earth plane is designed for pleasurable experiences as well as spiritual evolution. Yes, challenges arise, but ultimately this is a place of rest, restoration, and joy.

Enjoy the physicality of the earth, the relationships, and the experiences. Treat this as a rare gift for the soul.
