Welcome to this Mid-July 2026 Frequency Update

This second half of the month, we have a beautiful, strong influx of love streaming onto the planet, that's here to nourish you and support you in your evolution.

This love can also stir up some of the grittier, more uncomfortable places within you, not so you get stuck there, but so you can unlock the huge quotients of light hidden inside them, whether that shows up as grief, sadness, or old protective patterns like denial.

At the same time, this same love vibration may be expanding and amplifying whatever you're already joyfully creating, so don't be surprised if it feels a little like a seesaw this month, moving between deep inner unlocking and beautiful expansion.

NEW ZEALAND IS CALLING | FEBRUARY 2027

This is no ordinary invitation.

Welcome to this Mid-Month July 2026 Frequency Update.

So the energies of July have been, and continue to be, very much streaming onto the planet in the vibration of love. There's a very strong influx of energies of love.

Now, these energies of love are meant to nourish you and support you in your evolution and consciousness, and in everything that you're up to. For some of you, as you receive these new frequencies of love, what they highlight is some of the places and spaces in you that are not in that vibration of love. And so it's a little bit like the water meets the sand, and the water will flow over the sand, but it can also stir up the sand and bring it to the surface.

So, for some of you, as this is happening, it can feel uncomfortable. You may be going through what feels like a deep introspection, to discover the light within.

And this love vibration that's coming onto the planet for you is really supporting you to go deep, to go deep into that which may be uncomfortable initially, but holds great quotients of light. For within the sand, or within these more gritty aspects of yourself that feel more uncomfortable, there is a huge degree of light.

And this is part of the process, that huge degree of light is unlocked through the process of going and sitting with these uncomfortable aspects and really unlocking the light within them, the stream of consciousness that essentially you are here to partner with Source to bring through into this paradigm of consciousness that is current on the Earth star. For you have come down with a great mission.

And in order to fulfill this mission, many of you have chosen to unlock the great wisdom that you carry within you through this process of cracking open the shadow aspects, of moving through the grit to find the infinite light and love that is naturally there.

And this is a process that is riveting from our perspective in the way that it really is an evolutionary stage, and it's an evolutionary choice to engage with bringing forth this amount of light through this process of going deep into the places and spaces that actually feel uncomfortable.

Now, this is not the only way. We are very much a proponent of moving from what is good within you, what is working now, and expanding out of that. And this can also be partnered with that. It can also be the thing that is calling you in the moment. So both are true. Both have their place at various points in your life.

And when you're receiving this much love, it may be doing that. It may be supporting you to go deep within those aspects of yourself that may be feeling a little of what you call shadow, or that feel a little uncomfortable, but they hold such huge quotients of light that we would encourage you to continue this process, but not get caught in it. Not get caught in the cycle of the dark, or caught in the cycle of the pain.

Because the point is not really to go into pain, or to go into the feelings and drown there. The point is really to shift it, to use it as a mechanism to unlock the light that was within them. So, within grief, there is love.

There isn't any other way to see it, even from a mental point of view. If you think about it, if you've lost something and you're grieving, the grief process is only there because you loved what you lost.

And so then it's about unlocking that deep, deep love that's natural, that's inherent within that sadness, or within that anger, or within what is sometimes called denial, which is really a protection mechanism for when you first hit that loss, or remember it, or recover the experience again.

So that's from the logical, mental point of view. That's what's happening.

And then from the energetic point of view, what we see and what we're bringing forward is that quantity of love. And what this does, as you deepen into it and allow the love that is influxing onto the planet at the moment, is it helps you evolve as a spiritual being, it helps you evolve as a person, because as you go into this in great depth, the wisdom that you garner through the process is light wisdom that you are bringing forth for the cosmos, for the universe, for the divine, for yourself, and for humanity. There is so much to be garnered through the actual process that you engage in.

And in a way, this is where linear time has its positives. This is where linear time is so beautiful, because it gives you a lot of dimensional space to unlock and to amplify that which you are, in the becoming, as you go through these processes. And then as you go through these processes, the becoming of that then informs the multiverse.

So we brought through quite a lot of information that goes a little bit beyond the actual frequency that's coming onto the planet. But that's really to support you in fully receiving this love vibration.

And then the other aspect of receiving this love vibration is, as you receive it, it is an expansive energy. So it may be that this love vibration is supporting you to expand that which you already are in the process of creating. So you may already be in an expansion, you may already be creating something, or on that razor edge, riding that wave of positivity, with things going really well. And this love vibration will really support you to anchor in even more of that.

And it may be, and quite probably, that both are happening. So it may feel a little bit like you're on a kind of seesaw. Some days it's this beautiful expansion of that which you're in the process of creating, filled with love and light, and other days it may be that you feel like you're hitting some of the grit and unlocking some of the light within that.

And there are obviously various possibilities within that as well, of how that might look. But those are the key pieces in this July update. And this really is a continuation of what we spoke about as the energy of July. So really we're just giving an update so that you can tune in again and receive from us the energy that we're bringing forward as we speak, and co-create with you, and also so that you can have a moment in time where you are nourished by energy and information, and in a way, cheering you on.

So we will complete with a little bit of light and love, in the vibration of love, to continue to support you in your journey here on Earth.

I'm just inviting you to receive this love from the higher planes, from the Divine. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved.
