Welcome to this August 2026 Frequency Update
August is a month of planetary upgrades, with the Lion's Gate bringing keys and codes from source to support the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
You may feel some discomfort as deeper layers shift, sadness, anger, or frustration alongside love and joy, and you may feel more tired than usual, so give yourself extra rest, nurturing, and time in nature as you receive this energy.
If you completed a chapter at the end of July and are still waiting to see what's next, August is opening that up for you, bringing clarity and new opportunities as you move into your next expansion, carrying you right through into September.

NEW ZEALAND IS CALLING | FEBRUARY 2027

Welcome to this frequency update for August 2026. So we invite you to call on your higher self, your divine self, your divine presence. You, as a being of light, incarnate on the Earth Star. Your multidimensional self, your cosmic self. All of you. To call in all of you.
And as you are calling in all of you, you may also like to ask that anything that isn't yours, that isn't your own energy, go back to the source from which it came, or back to the light, to the divine.
Beautiful. So we're noticing a lot of energy shifting off as you do that.
And this is really what 2026 has been about. It's been shifting out at even deeper levels than maybe previously you have experienced, of that which is not truly you, and incarnating, bringing in more of who you truly are. And that theme is going to continue for a while now. It certainly continues through 2026.
And as that happens, what you're noticing, and what we're noticing, is that many of you are pivoting, or your path, or what sometimes you call your timeline, is shifting. So you're maybe finding yourself moving into new areas of interest, or new streams of consciousness that maybe you didn't even know existed before, or just maybe being drawn to expand into something new.
Now, specifically August. August is very much a month where we have the Lion's Gate. And August in 2026 is very much about planetary upgrades, so it's about the planet receiving keys and codes. And as the planet is receiving keys and codes, this is also, shall we say, a solar upgrade, a solar system upgrade, so all the planets of the solar system are also receiving much from the source field, to upgrade their fields.
And in that process, that clears the etheric planes, for you as an individual to be able to receive your own keys and codes, or what you could call upgrades for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
So what is really happening is August is very much about keys and codes coming from source, from the source field, from the infinite field of possibility, from the divine, with the support of many beings of light, such as the Angels and Metatron, to really incarnate more of what we call keys and codes. They're like sacred form, or color, or crystalline energy, coming onto the planet to support the planet to become more of who she, he, it is.
And in that process, you're also being taken for the ride. And as you're taken for the ride, there's this download, or influx, of streams of consciousness, also streams of energy that are very new, that are there for you to pick up, to, shall we say, upgrade your system. So that does sometimes mean letting go of old patterns or old energies, but really it means moving into a new frequency, moving into a new state of being, expanding on what is divine within you to be more of your experience, so that you experience more of the inner divinity that is naturally you, more of you, who you truly are.
There we go, so that seems to be landing.
What you can experience is some discomfort. You can experience some deep layers shifting. You may have felt that you've shifted already, and what's really happening is there's a deeper level of that, or a more refined level of it might be a more optimal way of saying that.
And in that process, you may be feeling sadness, or anger, or frustration, as well as love and light and joy. That's one aspect of what the experience can be. The other thing is that you may feel quite tired. So, as your body is receiving this energy, particularly through the Lion's Gate, you may need more sleep, you may need more rest, you may need to be doing more nurturing.
Things like, if you have a yoga practice, doing a little bit more of that, or even a yin yoga practice, or walking in nature, meditating, reading a book, having a cup of tea and just sitting and staring out, listening to music, whatever it is that creates a sense of nurturing for yourself, that gives you the space to allow these shifts to happen naturally, without you feeling overloaded by them because you're trying to keep up with all the things that you feel you need to keep up with.
And perhaps you do need to keep up with them, and there'll be maybe a bit of a trade-off, well, not a trade-off, but maybe you'll need to carve out that time to have a little bit of extra sleep, and recognize that this is part of what it can feel like when you're receiving these new energies.
And this is very particular for August. It is understood to be a month of raising your frequency, of shifting and changing and upgrading. And what we're talking about is also very specific to August of 2026.
Now, the other piece that you may find yourself being invited into is it may feel like you've done some form of completion at the end of July. And it may be that you're kind of wondering what that next piece is, what you're moving into, but you haven't yet fully felt it. And so August is really opening that up for you. If you're in that place, and you feel like you're moving into a greater expansion of what you naturally are here to do, and you feel like you've completed a phase of that, but there's a next piece that's still coming into view, or that you're moving into, this is really what August is doing. It's preparing you for that.
And it may be that you start to get more of a glimpse of what it is that you're moving into, and how it's going to look, and how it's going to be, and how you're going to be in it. But that's really the key, is how you show up in anything that you do, in all that you do. And that actually shifts the timelines, and it enables the opportunities to come in that shift what it is that you're up to, so it takes you into that next round of expansion, and then your part in that is to take up those gifts of opportunity that step into your path.
Beautiful. So really, we're saying that August provides you with the energy, the frequency, for this next expansion. And you may notice opportunities starting to open up, or clarity around what it is that is your next thing that you're stepping into.
And this will, in some ways, take you into September, where you're still on this kind of, should we say, uphill slide.
So what we're going to do now is bring in a little bit of frequency to support you. You can return and listen to this again. These are energies to support you to receive fully that which you are here to receive through the month of August. They're coming through in light language. This is going to support you to open your heart, for your heart is that very receptive space and place from which you can receive.
Inviting the heart to open. This is like a ray that pierces through to the center of the heart, to support the heart to open, to support the front, the back, the sides of the heart to open. You've done much in your journey to open your heart, and this is a light language energy to support this to continue, to adhere to a pace that's right for you, so that you can receive the keys, the codes, the upgrades that are coming into the planet during this month of 2026, and you can ride the wave of the Earth's evolution.

The South Island is the most beautiful and stunning part of New Zealand. And these sites are very potent. In fact, the Dalai Lama visited one of the sites and named it, in his visit, the spiritual center of the Earth. So, however you'd like to take that, it does speak to the energy and the potency that the land there carries.
So, I live in New Zealand, and I would love to show you the beauty and the potency of New Zealand, and the connection to the Indigenous land, and the peoples who have been guardians of the land for a long time. And then there is also the connection to the Lemurian times, so New Zealand is known by many to be part of that landmass. And then there's a lot else happening in this part of the world.
And so what I'm doing is I'm just allowing some of the energies of Aotearoa, New Zealand, to come through, so you get a feel for it. And then the other piece is that we are calibrating the tour. We, as in Denise Rickard and I, are co-facilitating and calibrating the tour to support you to incarnate more of the divine self and release anything that's not, through activations and transmissions, and through your own experience in these spiritual sites.
We'll keep the group small, so the maximum number of people will be 12, including Denise and I, so that's 10 folk plus us. And that's very deliberate, it's to keep the group intimate, so that you can really garner a lot from the tour.
