There are powerful upgrades moving through the planet in August 2026, and the energies of love, integration, peace, and grace are here to support you to stabilize and embody all you've received.
These energies are helping you incarnate your fullest, most divine self, grounding the light you've gathered this month into your physical, emotional, and mental bodies so you can carry it forward with more ease and clarity into the rest of the year.

Welcome to the mid-month, August 2026, frequency update.
This month has been very much about a lot of frequency coming onto the planet, about receiving upgrades. So, high frequency hitting the planet, which supports you to go to that next level that you are aligned to go to. It's a dynamic energy, a leading wave energy that's been coming through to really support you to move to that next level.
This is continuing through the second half of August. It is tapering very slightly, and what's replacing it, where it tapers slightly, is more of an integration of the energies that you've been receiving. So you'll continue to receive energies that are supporting you to go to that next level, and you'll be receiving energies that are integrating that which you have received, particularly over August.
So it may feel that you are on a kind of downward slope, like you're being pushed forward. Using the analogy of feeling like you're going down a slide, but going down a slide that raises your consciousness. Going down the slide into the raising of consciousness. The analogy doesn't quite work, but the feeling of going down a slide is a little bit what it's like. If that's how you're feeling, then that is what's happening in August; those are the energies.
These stabilizing energies are really here to support all that you've garnered through this month, and to support you to bring forward the light that you have incarnated and assimilated this month, to help you really integrate that, so you can carry it forward for the rest of your life, the rest of your incarnation on Earth and beyond.
So the energies we would like to bring in to support you with this are the energies of love and integration. We are going to bring in a little bit of love energy and a little bit of integration energy to really support that which you are receiving through the planetary energies.
We invite you to open the heart of your inner sanctuary, opening your receptor sites so that you have an even greater ability to fully receive from us, and from the planets, and from the cosmos, and from the divine. All these energies, including the energies we are bringing in at the moment, which are more integration and love energies, are really here to support you to be fully yourself, to incarnate that full self, that infinite self, that divine self.
What some of you call the I Am Presence, others call the Divine Self, and there are many other ways of speaking about it, but it is all essentially the same. This is you being you, fully.
There are many pieces to the puzzle of how you be yourself fully, how you express yourself fully, how you feel like yourself. These pieces are coming together for many of you. So although it may be that you still feel like you're sorting the pieces, putting all the edge pieces together and all the blue pieces together, the sky pieces together, many of you are also at that stage where you've filled in a lot of the puzzle, so you've got a lot of the picture. And you're just reorienting to really have a look at what that picture is, and then make a decision around how you be with it.
So we really want to bring in these energies of love, grounding these energies into your physical form, so you're physically embodied on the Earth star.
The divine within is coming into the very physical being that you are. It runs through the cells, it runs through the meridian lines, it runs through your emotional and mental bodies. You fully incarnate. So the magic that is created in the higher planes can manifest, can be visible, can be expressed easily on the Earth star dimensions, in which matter is manifest, where the infinite potential of all is brought into form.
That is why we spend so much of our time speaking about how to live on the Earth star, and how to be multidimensional, so that you are incarnating through all dimensions and can have a rich and fulfilling life in this physical plane, as well as being very present to the consciousness that is in all the other planes, what you often call the higher planes.
So the energy that is hitting the planet at the moment is meant to help the physical body and the mental and emotional bodies be able to incarnate, so you can incarnate your divine self even more easily, or with more ease. So the energies we're bringing to support that are both information and frequency, of the vibration of love and integration, along with a little bit of information about how this works from our perspective.
So the other energy that you are calling in is the vibration of peace within that love consciousness, to help you regulate the emotional field, the mental field, and the nervous system. And grace is the other energy that has been asked by you for us to call in, or to bring through, to help support you to open to the grace that is available in each and every moment: the grace for a smooth transition, and the grace to follow your path in a way that's aligned for you and those around you.
We really bring in this vibration of love.
Let's just sit in silence for a moment. We'll bring in the information and the frequency in the silence.
