Welcome to this Mid-September 2026 Frequency Update
This month, I reflect on a year of deep opening and invite you to use the second half of September as a season of consolidation, pausing to integrate and ground everything you've learned before stepping into a new wave of expansion in October and November.

NEW ZEALAND 2027 RETREAT

Welcome to the mid-month frequency update for September.
So, it's again. All through this year, there has been so much opening. And there's been opening in all sorts of ways, from bringing up deep-rooted, unresolved experiences, or shadow, to fast tracking, going at a very energetically razor-sharp pace, to incarnate and be more present here as yourselves, and expand into that beautiful light being that you are.
The energies of September continue to support that. The second half of September is very much about consolidation. So it's very much about consolidating what you have been up to, so that you can step into the next wave of expansion in October and November.
So we would invite you to think about this second half of September as a way to consolidate, integrate, and ground the learnings that you've had through everything you've been up to this year. And it's almost like taking a pause to really consolidate, to really anchor in everything that you've been up to, and everything that you have learnt and discovered about yourself and about living in the new paradigm of consciousness.
For as you consolidate, that then enables you to be present with that which you are bringing forward in a way that is very authentic and very congruent.
And so this really is one of the keys to embodying the light that you are: this process of integration, or this process of consolidation or assimilation of all the higher plane wisdom that you have garnered into the physical form, into your everyday life. Now, it's not that you are stuffing a sack. It's not like you're stuffing all your higher plane knowledge into your physical body. It's more that you have that deep connection through the physicality of your presence here on Earth to the higher plane wisdom in which you have a deep connection to at the same time.
This really is what living in multidimensional awareness is. It's multidimensional presence that you can be present here consciously, connected, deeply connected to all those dimensions in which you reside.
And this is what integration or consolidation of all the higher plane wisdom is about. It's about having those channels working, having that integration, that assimilation into the physical form, or with the physical form, of all that you've been up to in the higher planes, or the expansion that you've been up to, so that it doesn't just stay in the higher planes. It actually is manifest and experienced in your everyday life.
This is very nuanced, and it is very new paradigm consciousness to be stepping more and more into this way of being. And so, if you are feeling like you're on a bit of an edge, almost, then that is to be expected. Or if you're feeling like you're kind of coming to understand it, and... the image we have is of ice skating, that you're on the blade, and then suddenly you might wobble and be less secure on the skate, and then you regain your balance, and you're off again. It's a little bit like that: stepping more and more into this new way of being.
And to let you know that you're all well on your way.
So, with the second half of September, we really encourage you to just allow yourself the pause, the space, to integrate all that you've received, all that you've been up to. Knowing that October will bring a new wave of foundation stone energies, and expansion in its own way.
