Welcome to October 2026 and the frequency update for October.
So there'll be one frequency update in October. We normally do a mid-frequency update, but this month there'll be this one, and it will absolutely serve you for the whole of October.
Now, October is shaping out to be like a month of change. So it might feel quite tumultuous. It might feel like there's a lot shifting, both internally and/or externally. And that's really a reflection of how much foundation you've created for yourself over this year.
So September was very much almost an integration, like just integrating everything that you'd been up to, so that you could move forward. And sometimes integration asks you to rest and to stop, and sometimes things happen that kind of support there.
So, October is really about shifting, so there is a lot of internal shift available to be had in October, and that might feel uncomfortable. It might feel like you're being asked to stretch to places that you've not stretched before, or to engage in things in a very different way from how you've engaged before, or to even take on kind of new visions, or new roles in the things that you do do.
And that's happening, you know, that's available now because of all the work that you've put in in 2026, to bring yourself to this new level of evolution, to bring yourself to the frequency that you now kind of hold and carry within you.
So, although it might feel challenging, and it might feel even a bit disruptive, it's really a reflection also on how much work you have done, and how much of a foundation you've created for yourself through this year that this can happen. Because it couldn't happen without that. Otherwise, you just wouldn't be available for it, because it would tip you overboard, and really and truly, most of us have not signed up for that. There are a few individuals that have signed up for those sorts of kind of intense experiences to go through transformation.
So this is what the guides are speaking about for this month. And they're inviting you to relax into it a little bit. So, although it might feel challenging, or it might feel that you're having to do something very new, or do something that you do in a very new way, and so that opens things up for yourself, it opens up your channel in different ways, they're also asking you to relax into it. Because if you can relax into it, what happens is, as you go through the transformation, as you go through these new ways, the transformation, or whatever and however that looks for you, it's like you don't get caught or stuck so easily in old patterns of what you could call resistance, because the relaxing into it kind of has a natural propensity to melt any of the fear, or melt any of the resistance. Just knowing that you have this, and that you're also very guided, and that you're very supported in the process. And that the energies that are coming onto the planet, the cosmic energies that are coming onto the planet, are really here to guide you in this process.
And so, you have a lot of support. And you may feel it and you may not, but it's there. So really trusting and relaxing into it as much as you can. And of course, there will be action, and there'll be focus, and there'll be kind of doing due diligence in the way that you do on your natural, kind of, personal evolution or spiritual journey.
And then the next piece is the guides want to bring in some light language to support you for the month. So, we're inviting you to simply receive this. So, if you choose to receive, you may want to just acknowledge that you choose to receive the light language that's coming through to really support you, creating more of this internal foundation to support the shifts and changes that are open, that are opportunities for you to step into. And if it feels challenging, know that this can be part of this expansion in this month.

So this next piece that's coming forward is like energy of transformation. It's like a key or a code that really supports you to switch on this next aspect of yourself internally. As you go through transformation, there is also the ignition of the new, the new codes, or the new state of being that really supports you as you transition. It's like the tool to support the movement, or like the key that unlocks the door, or the spade that digs the hole. Or when you prepare to go somewhere, you might pack a few things, so it's like the thing that you need for the journey.

Knowing that you move into new paradigms of wisdom and new paradigms of consciousness, and that the roles that you take on, the things that you do, are simply expressions of the Divine, the Divine within, and the Divine as a unit of oneness.
