Welcome to the November 2026 Frequency Update.
October has been a very challenging but also a very transformational month for many of you, or simply a very transformational month. The energies that are coming in for November are high-frequency energies. It’s like you’re being filled up. As you’ve gone through a transformation, there is now the ability to receive. You’ve opened yourself up and shifted to receive these high-frequency energies that are streaming onto the planet.
This really is an invitation in this month of November to really receive, to consistently and constantly receive these high energies, to really buoy you, to really support you as you engage in that which you have chosen to engage in. That includes any new assignments that you have, any new things that you have created for yourself or that you’re stepping into, and any internal shifts that you have gone through. Now is the time to be buoyed, to be nurtured, to be nutrient-filled with these energies that are coming from the divine and through the cosmos.
So this is a month to receive, to really receive, to really fill up, to allow yourself to be buoyed, to be nurtured, to be supported by these high-frequency energies that bring you into even greater alignment with the divine within.
We’ll bring in a little bit of light language as well to really support you to receive this. Part of receiving something is being open to receive it, so we’ll do a little bit of light language to support you to open, to be able to receive.
Just inviting you to receive this if you choose to, maybe saying in your mind’s eye the number 5, which will help open up this channel. 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5. Opening up the channel. Opening up your channels, your receptor sites, to receive these divine energies, these frequencies that are coming onto the planet, to support you to come into greater alignment with the divine within.
This energy that we’re bringing in is to support you to open, to be able to receive. Connection to dark energies, beings, past life, interference, all the things that might be blocking you from fully receiving these high-frequency energies. This energy is also to bring in the stabilization of the transformations that you have done, the new things that you’ve taken on, the new path that you’re on, the recalibration to that, and the stabilization of that, so that you can fully receive these divine frequencies, this light-encoded light, these light-encoded codes. You need to be present, grounded and stable to fully receive. So this energy that we’re bringing in at the moment is to help you really stabilize that which you have done so far, so that you can open to receive.
Just inviting you to open anything that is asking to be opened, so that you can fully receive these high-frequency love and light keys and codes that are naturally coming onto the planet. Switching on your ability to receive these high frequencies. Recognition of the frequency that is yours to receive.
Just move into silence while that light language continues to be with you and to do what it’s here to do.
