Welcome to January 2026. We have just recorded the Frequency update for 2026. This is a year of acceleration, innovation, newness, and spring growth. January is the first month of that cycle, so there is a strong focus on the energy of one, on new beginnings and the opening of a new cycle.

When you add the numbers of 2026 together, you arrive at ten, which reduces to one. January is also the first month, so there is a great deal of beginning energy coming onto the planet right now. This energy invites you to step more fully into your authentic self and to be with yourself in a new way. It raises the bar on what it means to truly be yourself and to create from that place.

The energies of January 2026 are inviting you to play. In the beginning stages of life, a child learns through play, exploration, and curiosity. Play is a vital part of growth. In the same way, the energies of this first month are encouraging play as a foundation for what is ready to be birthed. This creates nutrient-rich soil that allows the seed of your true self to emerge.

If you are feeling tired in January, rest. If you feel drawn to enjoying life, spending time with friends, being in the garden, reading, meditating, contemplating, drawing, or writing, allow yourself that space. Explore. Find joy in play. This does not mean constant activity, but rather allowing exploration and curiosity to be present in whatever you are doing, even in work that requires focus or technical skill. Joy, laughter, and lightness can still be present.

This foundation of play supports the rest of the year. 2026 is an acceleratory year of innovation and new cycles, and innovation is born from exploration. From a spiritual perspective, the frequencies you are able to connect with within yourself and across dimensions arise through this exploration. Each person will experience this uniquely. You are here to be yourself, to receive in your own way, and to create what only you can create.

Joy is a key frequency for January 2026. It supports you in fully utilizing the energies of newness and innovation that are present now. Along with joy comes kindness, especially kindness toward yourself. Being kind to yourself and others supports movement toward the light through play and love.

This transmission brings through energies for the inner sanctuary of the heart, supporting you to open to yourself, to Source, to the cosmos, and to the heart of all hearts. You are a being of love, walking toward the light and being with the light.
