Welcome to this Mid-January 2026 Frequency Update

Welcome to this mid-month January 2026 frequency update, where we update the frequency, what’s happening in the frequencies that are hitting the planet—and also provide some energetic templates for you to receive a bit of support, or receive support energetically, for the second half of January 2026.

So, 2026 is new. It’s newness. It’s a one year, and we’re in a one month. This is about new beginnings. It’s a completion of the last nine years—the last nine years have completed. And so this is an opportunity to really step into something very new, and let go of anything that no longer is meant to be part of your life, or part of your internal world.

Now, it’s been very natural for that to just naturally complete, so there is no requirement to take anything from the last nine years over into this new vibration. And as such, the vibration on the Earth plane has risen. So in 2026, many of you will have noticed that it feels different. The vibration is different. What’s available to download and receive is different.

You’ll be feeling very, very different than you did at the end of 2025. And this is aligned. This is how it is. This is the new era. We’re in the new era. We’re in that new platform, this new vibration.

And we are welcoming you into the new vibration, and we’re encouraging you to really lean into it, to be yourself, to simply enjoy it, to know that it’s here, and that all you have to do is be yourself, receive, and move forward at a pace that’s aligned for you.

We spoke a lot about this in our recent transmissions, about this being a one year, and 2026 being this new foundation, and that January is the month where you’re creating the foundation for the rest of the year. With this new vibration, this new energy, this new awareness, you’re in this new paradigm of consciousness now.

There is a shift. The Earth Star has shifted. She’s moved into unity consciousness, and she’s taking you with her. Many of you will be aware of it. Many of you will be feeling the difference in the frequency, the difference in how you feel internally, and the difference in what you believe is possible, or what you can see as possible, what you can start to envision.

And so that’s what we’d also say about January. January is a month to envision. It’s a month to steep in ideas, in visions, in what you want, what’s going to be right for you, how you want your life tailored specifically to you, and what you want to dedicate this year to—and beyond, too. How you want the year to look, or how you feel it’s most aligned to look.

So January is a time of foundation, of creating a vision, and stabilizing that vision. We’ve encouraged you to do that with joy and play, and we continue to encourage you to hone that vision. To stay in a state of play while doing that. To allow ideas to bubble up. To allow what you see, feel, hear, and know to be true to come into presence. The energies of January are really supporting that.

The second half of January continues to support the creation of this foundation. It is an acceleration. You haven’t been on a gradual climb—it’s more like you’ve jumped to this vibration, as the Earth Star has. And with that, there may be new things you want to consider, new things that could or will be part of your life.

So the frequency of the second half of January is to continue creating this foundation. And for those of you who already have a strong vision, where the foundation is mostly in place, the second half of January is supporting you to solidify it—to make it really solid.

So that you have this solid foundation upon which 2026 is built. That’s what the energies of the second half of January are doing. They’re helping you ground this foundation, helping you know what you’re here to contribute, what your vision for yourself is, what you want, and what’s most aligned for you. It’s calling to your soul.

What are your soul’s desires? What does your soul want to contribute? What does your soul want your life to look like? And how do you align to that in a way that’s graceful and ease-filled? One that doesn’t necessarily turn your life upside down—although for some, that may be what’s most aligned.

The energies coming through the higher planes right now are helping to strengthen this foundation. And as we speak about the second half of January, we’re amplifying the frequencies that naturally support the strengthening of what you’re building for yourself, within this new vibration of 2026.

And 2026 will continue to be a year of building something new, creating new things, new ways, new expressions. The vibration has shifted away from the last nine years, and it will remain strong.

So the energy we’re providing now is to support the strengthening of both your internal and external foundations—your visions, dreams, desires, and values, and everything that comes with that.

There is a certain bravery involved. A stepping out of the comfort zone. Listening to your inner knowing and following it. Inner resources are being called upon within you to amplify your year, to help it resonate in the way that serves you most.

And when you listen to your soul’s calling, to your soul’s truth, there is a capacity being activated to act on that. Which is why this first month, January, and especially the second half of January, is designed to support the strengthening of this foundation. Of where you’re heading. Of what your vision is. Of what your heart and soul desire.

We’re now going to bring through some language to support this strengthening of the foundation. And if you’re still dreaming, continue to dream. Tina Akata. If you’re still putting pieces together, continue to do so. Remember, you have many guides and resources in the higher planes you can communicate with, to support you to see and to know. And there is also community, colleagues, and individuals on the Earth plane to support your path.

You are not alone. You don’t have to do this alone. Support is always available to you, on the higher planes and on the Earth Star.

So we’re bringing in this beautiful amplification of light.
