Welcome to February 2026. This is the February Frequency Update, where we download and co-create with you the information you require to support you through the month of February.

February is a very full month. It’s the second month of the year, and that is very much about organising yourself. In a way, Thoth is saying, “nose to the grindstone.” It’s about setting yourself up for the rest of the year.

The creative projects you may have envisioned in January, the ones you’ve been orientating towards, sitting your heart’s desires upon, or feeling are yours to create, now is the time to dig in a little and allow the musing that happened in January to begin to take form.

The frequency and energy hitting the planet in February are very much about nose to the grindstone, but they also contain a lot of potentiality and possibility. These energies will support you in moving forward and creating that which you deeply desire to create, and that which you have envisioned for yourself this year.

It’s a little like placing yourself in the best possible position, energetically and practically, to allow 2026 to be the year you deeply desire it to be. February’s position as the second month of the year is part of what it supports. The energies hitting the planet carry a strong creative potential, and they will stir your creative juices.

When those creative juices are stirred, the invitation is to allow your creativity to flourish. To go nose to the grindstone and begin to unpack what those creative impulses are inviting you to do, what your hands and limbs are being called to create, and to begin doing that with love and ease.

If confusion arises through that process, know that this can be part of how February plays out energetically. You may find yourself unsure about direction - left or right, A or B or C - and that’s okay. If you encounter doubt or confusion, simply sit with it. Allow the energies to shift. Be compassionate and loving with yourself, and invite the confusion to dissolve so clarity can reveal itself.

Another aspect of February is that emotions may arise as you create or as your nose is to the grindstone. When creative energy is fuelled, it’s being fuelled by planetary energies, by your divine self, and by your own desires. At times, the feeling body can become overtaxed, overwhelmed, or overstimulated.

When that happens, the invitation from the guides is to take a break. Put your tools down. Spend time with your feeling body. Allow emotions to process through. Release whatever needs releasing, and invite higher wisdom to penetrate the emotional body so clarity can emerge, without the emotional field overrunning you, while still allowing it space to breathe.

This month holds great potential for positioning yourself energetically for the rest of the year. It may require focus and intention, what we’re calling nose to the grindstone, but the energies strongly support the creative field. There is a lot of possibility opening, a lot of creative force arriving to stimulate your internal creativity, making it easier to continue what you envisioned in January and begin grounding it.

As part of the energetic support we’re offering, we’re also bringing through information on how to manage an overstimulated emotional body, especially when emotions pull you out of your wise or divine state and slightly out of alignment with your true integrity.

We’re bringing forward energies to support what we’re calling the wise mind, the golden ego, or what is sometimes referred to as the higher self or divine self. There is a wisdom within you that knows how to take hold of the reins, channel creative energy, and ride it, so to speak.

We’re stimulating the divine wisdom within you, the kernel of the divine ego, so that what you know to be true becomes clear and recognisable. This allows you to harness the energy of the month to create what is aligned for you to create.

Love is also in the air. It’s part of the creative energy, part of the fuel.

We bring in energies to support you through this month. You are also receiving support from the planetary alignments and the gifts they are offering, both individually and collectively.
